Classroom Grants are awarded twice each year to fund new or innovative approaches that develop or supplement programs to stimulate thought or expand existing curriculum.
2022 application submission deadlines: October 25 and November 14
Professional Growth Grants are awarded monthly to enable attendance at seminars, conferences, workshops and other professional developmental opportunities to enhance instructional and administrative training and management skills development.
The Experts in Residence Grants are awarded monthly to provide funding and serve as a catalyst to initiate visits from a variety of experts that provide face-to-face interaction between the subject area expert and students.
The Foundation partners with the Northern Oklahoma section of the American Chemical Society to offer science grants to educators in an effort to engage students in the study of science. These grants are awarded once a year to educators at any level.

Budget: TBD (in past years the committee has funded approximately $6,000 in grants annually)
Starting in the Fall of 2022, the BPS Foundation will offer grants to support the performing arts at Bartlesville High School. BHS educators in the areas of vocal music, theater, band, and orchestra may apply for funding to support their programs. The grants will be funded through the Dora Randolph Memorial Fund for Performing Arts. This Fund was established by Dora’s husband, Bruce Randolph, and daughter, Katrina, to memorialize Dora’s passion for the performing arts and her service as a parent-volunteer with the performing arts programs at Bartlesville High School.
