GOODNIGHT BARTLESVILLE
Join us on Thursday, March 24th at the Price Tower for a come-and-go event to meet the artists of Goodnight Bartlesville!
Bring your copy of the book and our illustrators (BPS art teachers) will autograph it for you and visit with you about how they created their illustrations. Their original artwork will be on display in the Gallery. The Eatery is providing light snacks for our guests. This event it free and open to the public (thanks to a grant from the Bartlesville Community Foundation).
Don’t already have a book? You can buy one at the event or purchase them online here, or at any of the local vendors listed below.
Books are back in stock!
A fundraiser for the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation. Featuring the work of Bartlesville Public Schools art teachers and students.
The Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation is excited to launch Goodnight Bartlesville, a children’s book written by BPS Foundation staff and illustrated by Bartlesville Public Schools art teachers and students. From the Price Tower to Kiddie Park, this book highlights many local landmarks and events throughout our community.
Goodnight Bartlesville is a celebration of art, our community, and our schools. Thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Truity Education Foundation, 100% of the proceeds from the book sales benefit Bartlesville Public Schools – supporting the programs of the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation.
In addition to encouraging community pride, a goal of Goodnight Bartlesville is to promote the love of reading among our students. To that end, the BPS Foundation is donating one copy of the book to every kindergarten class and elementary library across the Bartlesville Public Schools.
For bulk orders (orders over 15) or to sponsor a classroom, please contact Blair Ellis at ellisb@bps-ok.org or 918-336-8600 ext 3523
