Truity Education Foundation Inspires Community Giving Through State of the Schools Matching Challenge

The Truity Education Foundation once again demonstrated its commitment to Bartlesville Public Schools by serving as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2026 State of the Schools Luncheon and providing a $2,500 Matching Challenge that inspired community members to double their impact.

As part of the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation’s Scan-to-Give campaign connected to the annual State of the Schools Luncheon, the Truity Education Foundation pledged to match individual donations dollar for dollar, up to $2,500. Community members responded with overwhelming generosity, contributing more than $3,000 through the campaign and exceeding the original matching goal. The Truity Education Foundation fulfilled its full $2,500 commitment, bringing the campaign’s total impact to more than $5,500 in support of Foundation programs that benefit Bartlesville Public Schools students and educators.

Every gift made through the Matching Challenge strengthens the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation’s ability to create opportunities for students and educators throughout the district. From innovative classroom grants and district initiatives to student programs and educator support, these unrestricted donations allow the Foundation to invest where they can make the greatest impact.

“The Truity Education Foundation continues to be an extraordinary partner for our schools,” said Rachel Miller, Executive Director of the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation. “Their generosity not only provided a significant financial investment but also encouraged others to give. Because of their leadership, every eligible donation made during the campaign had twice the impact, helping us create even more opportunities for our students and educators.”

In addition to sponsoring the Matching Challenge, the Truity Education Foundation served as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2026 State of the Schools Luncheon. The annual event celebrates the accomplishments of Bartlesville Public Schools while providing an opportunity for community members to invest in the Foundation’s mission through sponsorships, donations, and the online auction.

Andria McCollough, Chief Administrative Officer at Truity Credit Union and a member of the Truity Education Foundation Board, represented Truity at the luncheon and introduced Bartlesville Public Schools Superintendent LaDonna Chancellor.

“Supporting the BPSF State of the Schools Luncheon is about more than sponsoring an event,” McCollough said. “It’s about demonstrating Truity’s long-term commitment to education, recognizing the incredible work of our educators, and investing in the success of Bartlesville’s students and community.”
