Deadlines: October 25 (first cycle) and November 29 (second cycle)
Available Funds: $20,000
Criteria:
- Grants can be awarded to individuals or teams. When a team approach is used, the team must have a leader who is responsible for the grant and is a certified employee of Bartlesville Public Schools.
- Grants will be awarded for new and innovative approaches to education that develop or supplement programs, stimulate thought, and enhance the existing curriculum.
- Exclusions: Building improvements, basic supplies unrelated to the innovative project, core curriculum or teacher/student compensation or rewards.
Eligibility:
- Open to certified employees in Bartlesville Public Schools…including virtual teachers
- Grants must be submitted using the Grant Application Form
- All grant recipients are required to complete the Grant Agreement Form before receiving funds.
Any grant requests that involve technology must include Jason Eaton’s signature. Please give him your application at least two business days before the grant deadline so he has time to review it before signing.
Applicants must submit a detailed budget and completed signature page with their application. Budgets should be developed using District-approved vendors. Grant recipients will be required to submit an RQ upon award.
Rubric- We strongly encourage applicants to use the scoring rubric as a guide when completing their application.
