After a thoughtful and competitive selection process, the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation Board of Directors is proud to announce the appointment of Rachel Miller as its new Executive Director, effective February 9, 2026.
Miller joins the Foundation during its 40th anniversary and in the midst of exciting growth. “We are thrilled to welcome Rachel to our Foundation team,” said Board Chairman, Chris Batchelder. “Her experience with nonprofit management, passion for public education and her network within our community makes her the ideal leader to help us expand our impact and support the next generation of Bartlesville students.” According to BPSF Search Committee Chair Brian Coordsen, “Rachel distinguished herself among a strong pool of applicants.”
Prior to joining the Foundation, Miller served as an Education Specialist for Community Action Resource & Development (CARD) and as the Executive Director and Development Director for Children’s Musical Theatre in Bartlesville. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Baker University where she completed significant coursework in the area of education.
“I am honored to join the BPS Foundation and work alongside a dedicated Board and the Bartlesville Public Schools staff,” said Miller. “I look forward to building on the Foundation’s strong legacy of excellence and ensuring that all of our students have the resources they need to succeed.”
