General Information and Instructions
Open scholarships are listed above. Each scholarship has its own unique eligibility criteria and application requirements. Please visit each page and apply accordingly.
Applications must be completed by the student. Entries will be evaluated by a review committee, and final award decisions will be made by the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation and Bartlesville Community Foundation Boards. Incomplete applications and extraneous documents will not be considered. Students are responsible for making sure we have received their transcripts and reference letters when required. An application will be denied if the information is not complete or if there is falsification or misrepresentation of information on the application. A scholarship may be revoked if the application is found to be falsified after an award has been granted.
Award recipients will either be recognized at the Bartlesville High School awards assembly or will be notified directly by the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation no later than May 31st of that application year. Please direct any questions about these scholarship awards to the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation at (918) 336-8600 ext 3523 or the bpsfoundation@bps-ok.org. Scholarship recipients will be required to complete and return a scholarship acceptance form, providing necessary information about their school of choice, prior to any funds being paid to the school.
