Current Employees of ConocoPhillips, Phillips 66 Matching Gifts Program

Current employees of ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66 can double their gift via the company’s Matching Gift Program, up to the contributions limits of that program.

To submit a request through ConocoPhillips:

• Visit the company’s intranet site (not the Internet com).
• Select Matching Gift Program.
• Select Matching Gift Program again.
• Submit a Matching Gift Request.
• Search for the organization listing of “Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation”
• Enter the needed data regarding gift date, amount, payment method and, if applicable, the check number or stock symbol or number of shares.
• Click on Request Grant.

Once the application is completed and submitted, be sure to print out the gift voucher that goes to the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation.

To submit a request through Phillips 66:

• Visit the company’s intranet site (not the Internet com or phillips66.com sites).
• Select Matching Gift Program.
• Select Matching Gift Program again.
• Submit a Matching Gift Request.
• Search for the organization listing of “Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation”
• Enter the needed data regarding gift date, amount, payment method and, if applicable, the check number or stock symbol or number of shares.
• Click on Request Grant.
